Darrell Stuart Kicklighter, Jr., a former Greenville County Sheriff’s Lieutenant, was arrested on charges of second degree domestic violence on Friday, May 2, 2025.

The attack caused physical harm or injury while impeding her breathing or airflow, according to the arrest warrant.
